Lamisil AT 1% Cream ( 10g )

Lamisil AT 1% Cream is an antifungal treatment applied topically to the skin. It can also be used to treat fungal skin infections like athlete's foot and jock itch. Lamisil AT 1% Cream should be used with the following caution: it may cause pain or burning when applied to the skin, which may be uncomfortable and life-threatening. Women should use sexual stimulation devices as possible treatment for problems such as erectile dysfunction (ED) or sexual impotence only when other methods of sexual activity are not satisfactory.

Warnings and Precautions

Lamisil AT 1% Cream contains Terbinafine, having the following facts at the end:

• It is an oral antifungal medicine.
• It may not be safe for people with a history of liver disease.
• It may cause side effects such as nausea, stomach pain, dizziness, headache, breast pain or lumps, pain in the back or stomach, and fever.
• Lamisil may affect the kidney or affect the liver.
• The use of Lamisil AT 1% Cream should be reserved only for sites where there is a history of allergy to it, including skin fungal infections.
• It is important to tell your doctor if you have any personal or family history of liver disease, including: cardiac disease.
• It may also be used for other fungal infections as determined by your doctor.
• If you are using Lamisil AT 1% Cream for fungal skin infections and fever, contact your doctor or pharmacist before using it for fungal skin infections.
• Lamisil may slow the healing of fungal infections, so it is advised to avoid external heat or moisture.
• It may not be safe for people who are pregnant or breastfeeding. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, contact your doctor or pharmacist before using this product.
• It is not known whether Lamisil 1% Cream passes into your breast milk. If you are breast-feeding, it may not be safe to use Lamisil Cream for your baby.

This product contains a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), which is used for the treatment of the following conditions:

• Fungal infections of the skin
• Immunosuppressed patients
• Treatment of inflammation and infection of the skin
• Management of pain and fever in patients with arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis

This product contains the active ingredient Terbinafine hydrochloride 1% w/w.

Lamisil AT 1% Cream is an effective treatment for fungal skin infections and helps to reduce the risk of suffering any skin infection. This product should be used with the following precautions:

• Do not use Lamisil AT 1% Cream if the expiry date (the day on which it was first made) has passed from the to the expiry date, or if it is unopened
• Avoid the use of this product for people who are pregnant or breastfeeding

Lamisil Side Effects

Fungal infections like jock itch, ringworm and athlete’s foot can pass as free asormonal products to humans, causing side effects like dizziness, headache, flushing and abdominal pain.
